Dianne Jackson

Dianne is a retiree of the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools district.  She currently serves as president of the Hannah Ruth Foundation and continues to connect to the community through her commitment to public service. She is a trustee to the Chapel Hill-Carrboro NAACP and a member of their Education Committee. Dianne is a member of Campaign for Racial Equity in our Schools and chairs two workgroup committees within that organization.

 

Her love of and commitment to youth is also reflected through her service. She has served as a volunteer at UNC-Chapel Hill, tutors at Pittsboro Elementary School, and is a mentor of the Chapel Hill-Carrboro Blue Ribbon Mentor Advocate Program.
